Well, the Libtards in the Texas House have managed to kill Campus Carry on a Point of Order not on it's merits by by procedure preventing it from even getting a vote.

Well according to the Texas Leg Online, SB1581, the higher education bill that campus carry was amended to has already passed through calenders, had rules suspended and had a record vote. Nothing on the web yet about the outcome of that vote. Maybe someone on the ground at the capitol can chime in. This could be very good.
UPDATE: well the vote was to suspend rules and require that amendments be filed by 2PM today (Tuesday) not a vote on the bill itself.
